Cancellation Policy

1. Service Scope Sessions are available online or in-person, including and not limited to assessments, treatment such as exercise programs, and pain management. Online sessions may have limitations; in-person visits may be advised for more thorough assessments. 2. Health Declaration Clients confirm they are medically fit for physiotherapy and will disclose relevant health information. Participation is at the client’s own risk, especially for online sessions with limited physical assessment capabilities. 3. Booking and Payment Sessions must be booked in advance and paid upon booking. Package deals are non-refundable and non-transferable, with discounts applied for bundled sessions. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited, counting toward the package total if applicable. 5. Session Timing and Punctuality Sessions will start and end as scheduled, with late arrivals resulting in reduced time without fee adjustments. 6. Requirements for Online Sessions Clients must have a stable internet connection, working camera, and private space. Online sessions are not always suitable for certain conditions; in-person follow-up may be recommended. 7. Liability Waiver EM Physiotherapy & Sports Massage is not liable for injuries or issues arising from sessions if instructions are not followed. Clients are encouraged to consult a medical professional as needed, particularly for complex conditions. 8. Privacy and Confidentiality All medical and personal information is confidential and used only for treatment. Online sessions are conducted on secure platforms, with no recording unless agreed upon. 9. Refunds and Service Termination Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or partially used packages. EM Physiotherapy & Sports Massage reserves the right to terminate services if Terms are violated or for inappropriate behaviour. 10. Updates to Terms EM Physiotherapy & Sports Massage may amend these Terms at any time, with notice given. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updates. By booking and attending sessions with EM Physiotherapy & Sports massage, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
